The Great Legal Quiz is a fantastic way for people to have fun and compete whilst doing their part to help support those most in need of specialist free legal advice and help.
The need for free legal advice centres has grown in the past few years. The effects of Covid-19 and the cost of living crisis has dramatically increased the need for advice, resulting in more of the population falling into poverty.
The organisations we support:
We simply can't overcome the effects of the huge reduction in government and local authority funding over the past few years. What we can do is to ensure that many of the people most in need get help who would otherwise have been denied.
By hosting your own Great Legal Quiz you will be helping to secure vital funds needed for this important cause.
How does it work?
The Great Legal Quiz encourages teams to sign up and organise their own quiz event. We provide you with Quiz Questions and answers, publicity materials and an online giving page to collect online donations.
The Great Legal Quiz can take place on your local pub, office - anywhere you like! Alternatively, you can organise your quiz online.
Questions are like a pub quiz (no Legal Knowledge required!)
All money raised goes to frontline legal advice charities who deliver help and support to vulnerable people in desperate need of specialist advice. Your fundraising will mean they won’t be alone in going through very difficult experiences.
Taking part is simple. We will provide the questions and answer sheets. Simply sign up here to let us know you are taking part and we will add you to the list of quizzes taking place to raise funds for Reaching Justice Wales or for your own local Legal Advice Charity.
Feedback your top scores the next day and we will announce the top teams in the country! A shield goes to the highest scoring team, and another to the highest fundraising quiz organisers.
If you would like to host a quiz on an alternative date, please contact email@example.com
(please do keep social distancing in mind and adhere to any local government Covid-19 restrictions).
